This Belly Fat session includes intense ab and core exercises, exercises for muscle stabilization and muscle balancing moves. Students will breathe with some effort.
SUMMER BODY CLASSES

Aerobic sessions can help in keeping the employees as well as the management in good shape. Selfitness has specialists who take care of every individual participating in these sessions. These sessions can be designed as per the size of the enterprise, a number of employees, availability of space and timelines.
The aerobic sessions can be arranged on the daily or weekly basis at the company premises or the employees can visit a prescribed location for the sessions. WHAT IS MEAL PREPPING?
Meal Prepping is simply preparing some, or all of your meals ahead of time. It’s like having those TV dinners that you would purchase from the store, except that you prepare them yourself, with better, healthier and unprocessed ingredients.
It saves you time and also helps to ensure you eat healthier foods more often with the proper portions, instead of reaching for quick processed and prepackaged snacks or meals that go over your caloric needs. The idea is that when you have healthier things ready to eat, you will eat them instead of other potentially harmful foods.
We offer a 90 minute consultation to discuss your future plans. With any set goals, plans have to be put in place to achieve your goals. During this meeting, we will review your medical and exercise history and perform a fitness assessment to establish your baseline fitness level.
Based on your fitness goals, and test results, we recommend a proper fitness program customized
totally for the individual. Your program might be based on 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. The weekly training sessions might be 2, 3 or 4 times per week depending on our recommendation.
Ultimately, whatever program you decide to embark on, if followed properly, should get you to your desired fitness/health level.
