  • Am I guaranteed to reach my goal?

Yes you are, if you follow our recommendations. Having a realistic goal in mind is key. Following through with your nutrition and exercise is also key. If you follow through with both, you are well on your way to that amazing body you have always wanted.

  • I want to eat healthy but i dont know how, do you do personalized meal preps?

Yes, we do personalized meal preps. We can meet with you and discuss further.

  • How can i lose fat without loosing my Bum?

Eating a good amount of high protein, low carb diet will help. In addition, incorporating certain exercises such as squats and lunges will also help do the job. You have probably noticed that when you gain weight, your butt gets bigger. The reverse is also true because your butt is partially made up of fat, it will get smaller when you lose total body fat but doing the right type of cardio and strength training (Our Booty Blaster Classes) can help you lose weight while maintaining your curves in all the right places.

  • I want abs, how can i achieve that?

Eat enough protein. Your calorie intake should be dropped by 500. You cannot see your lower abs if your body fat is above a certain %. Your mid-section will always be hidden behind a layer of fat, regardless of how many core exercises you do. To truly get abs, you need to get lean. 

  • Do you do one on one Personal Training? I don't like a crowd.
Yes, we offer one on one classes. We can agree on a prescribed location for the sessions.
