Our Story
For years, I struggled with back pain, stiffness, and post-workout soreness, even though I stayed active. I was doing what I thought I should be doing… but my body always felt tight, tired, and disconnected.
Then I found Pilates, and everything changed.
It taught me how to move with purpose. To build deep strength that supports my body instead of punishing it. For the first time, I felt truly at home in myself.
I didn’t open COREHAUS because I had it all figured out. I opened it because I was searching for answers — and I want to give others that same space to reconnect with their bodies.
Our Story
